Gathid trials are set to run for 30 days, however, should you require more time to properly evaluate the platform you can reach out to our team at any time during those 30 days to discuss extending your trial.
You will receive a welcome email to your upload portal and some sample .csv file templates (if you need) to get you started. Once your initial .csv files are uploaded, your Gathid instance will be generated.
Within 5 days a demo will be scheduled to walk you through your live instance and deliver initial insights to you and your team.
If you would like to gain access to your instance, Gathid utilizes your existing SSO processes such as; MS Azure AD, Okta and many others.
Should you reach the end of the 30 days and there has been no request for an extension of your trial, we’ll notify you that your trial is going to end a few days beforehand. Your instance will be terminated and unrecoverable at the completion of your trial end date.
Yes, you’ll receive end-user training during the live demonstration.
Excluding access to the Gathid Support Desk and Knowledge Base and Additional Administrator training, the capabilities within your trial version of Gathid are the same as the paid user version.
Absolutely. Once SSO is enabled, you’re able to add the necessary users to the access group to ensure a true software trial experience.
We recommend that you start with 3 systems, focusing on ‘who’ and ‘what’, and the identities they hold. Some suggestions are HRIS, Payroll, Active Directory, Azure and Okta.
